With a background in Vajrasati Yoga, Bothmer, yoga philosophy, energy centres (chakras), nutrition, and physiology, Helena offers a unique and enriching experience for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students. Private 1:1, group, and partner sessions are also available upon request.

Helena's extensive qualifications and certifications, including Vajrasati yoga instructor, Vivekananda yoga instructor, Sports Science diploma equivalent, and Qualified Bothmer Gym teacher, truly showcase her expertise and dedication to the practise.
