A typical lesson at Hyung Je Martial Arts begins with a warm-up, which varies every week to develop fitness, strength, and coordination skills. This is followed by a stretching session that improves flexibility while emphasising the importance of warm-up and exercise. Our lessons also incorporate fun games that not only keep the body temperatures up but also improve balance and team skills.
The main instruction during each lesson focuses on covering all aspects of our syllabus, including learning new patterns, line work, and pad work to develop technical ability and power. Our classes are structured and provide a varied and comprehensive training experience.
