Hutton Football Club

Hutton Football Club is a Charter Standard Community Club located in the Weston-super-Mare area of New Zealand. With over 300 members, the club caters to children, young people, and adults of all ages, abilities, and genders. As an FA Charter Standard Community Club, Hutton Football Club consistently achieves a very high standard and is affiliated to the Somerset FA.

The playing fields of Hutton Football Club are located in the rural village of Hutton, approximately 3 miles south of Weston-super-Mare. The club's facilities have been continuously improved, and there are plans to further enhance them over the next few years. Hutton Football Club aims to participate in the Somerset Senior League in the future.

The club's history dates back to 1977 when a team was formed by local villagers and entered the Weston-super-Mare & District Football League. Since then, additional teams have been added, and Hutton Football Club's first XI won the Division 1 title in the 2007/08 campaign.

The junior section of the club is thriving, with teams in age groups ranging from Under 7's to Under 15's. The club also hosts an Under 6 Academy School and has an expanding female section to encourage girls and women to participate in football under the Hutton banner. All junior teams compete in the Woodspring Junior League, and the girls' teams participate in the Bristol League.

In the early 2000s, the club made the decision to combine efforts with another local club to strengthen the junior section and serve the community better. This collaboration allows Hutton Football Club to offer a comprehensive pathway from the Under 7 age group to senior men's football. The club believes that this offering is unparalleled in the Weston-super-Mare area.
