At Hustle House, we believe in enhancing your quality of life through training. Our group PT sessions are designed to provide a holistic approach to fitness, incorporating thorough programming, mindset development, and our contagious energy. Whether you choose one of our sessions focused on endurance, strength, skill, or toning, you can expect to burn up to 1000 calories per class. Not only will you achieve the results you desire, but the feel-good vibes and camaraderie you'll experience will keep you coming back for more.

When you join Hustle House, we ensure that your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We recommend consulting with a doctor before engaging in vigorous exercise, especially if you have any doubts about your fitness or capability. Our trainers are here to guide you, but it's important to take responsibility for correctly using all club facilities and equipment. If you're unsure about how to use a particular piece of equipment, our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.

Please note that we are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property brought onto our premises. We encourage you to secure your belongings to ensure their safety.

In terms of class cancellations, we have a policy in place to ensure fairness for all customers. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any penalty. Failure to cancel within 24 hours or not showing up for a class may result in the loss of class credits or fees paid. This policy allows us to accommodate as many people as possible.

For membership cancellations, please reach out to our team at info@hustlehouse. Co. uk. If you signed up online and haven't yet used the gym, you have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of joining, and we will refund any fees paid.

After the initial term, which is usually three months, you can give us one full calendar month's notice to end your membership. During this notice period, you must continue paying your full membership rate. For example, if you give notice to end your membership in April, your notice period will start on May 1st, and you will leave on May 31st.
