Sifu Justin Reynolds invites you to step into The Kwoon, a renowned self-defence school in Hornchurch, Essex. Specialising in Wing Chun Kung Fu and Qigong, The Kwoon focuses on teaching effective self-defence techniques and cultivating life energy.

Since its founding in 2012, The Kwoon has become a proud part of the Academy of Self Defence, established by Grandmaster Jagjit Ram in 1982. Justin, a dedicated student of Master Ram, has a passion for these martial arts dating back to the 1980s and brings his extensive experience to every class he teaches.

The school offers Wing Chun Kung Fu and Qigong classes for all skill levels at The Billet Studio, Fairkytes Arts Centre – accessible to Hornchurch residents and those nearby. Students have the option to practise either or both disciplines, with many finding that Qigong enhances their Wing Chun practice and overall well-being.
