Humble Warrior Yoga, based in Belper, is led by Caroline, a registered yoga teacher with a passion for women's health. Caroline specialises in supporting and empowering women in their perimenopausal and menopausal journey through breath, movement, and mindfulness practises.

As a perimenopausal woman herself, Caroline understands firsthand the transformative power of a yoga practise tailored specifically for women. Her offerings are available online, allowing participants from all over the world to join from the comfort of their own homes.

Caroline is currently preparing to launch a 4-week live course that introduces yoga for menopause and beyond. Participants will learn how to adapt their practise to their changing bodies and build a personal toolkit of practises that can be utilised whenever they are needed. For those who prefer a self-paced video course, Caroline offers the “EMPOWERED FLOW: Menopause Yoga Mini Course,” which is available for immediate enrolment.

Additionally, Caroline provides free yoga practise sessions on YouTube and offers a monthly online membership called the Warrior Women Tribe.
