Open 24/7 with card entry access, HSM Peoples Gym makes it easy for members to work out anytime. To join, grab a photo ID membership card available on Mondays and Thursdays from 5 pm to 8 pm. Each member must swipe their card for entry, even in groups.
The gym is packed with gear for all your fitness needs. For cardio enthusiasts, there's everything from spin bikes and treadmills to rowing machines and cross trainers. Strength seekers can benefit from fixed weight machines like the chest press, leg press, and jungle quad machines. Free weights? We've got you covered with smith machines, barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells.
Joining is simple. Drop by, fill out a form, and pay an initial fee of £25. This covers a £5 induction, a £5 membership card, and £15 for the first month. Keep your membership active with a £15 monthly standing order via your bank. Just remember to cancel it yourself if you decide to leave.
