Winter Massage is a special offering provided at House of Equilibrium. There is nothing more soothing during winter than a relaxing massage in a warm environment. While massage therapy is beneficial throughout the year, winter massages offer specific benefits such as improved circulation, an immune boost, mood enhancement, and released tension in muscle joints.
For new clients, a client consultation form is required to be completed before booking the first treatment. This form allows Amanda to assess the individual's needs and requirements and recommend the most beneficial treatments.
A unique online programme called “Body WORX” has been developed specifically for women in the 40+ age bracket. This 6-week, 45-minute programme focuses on addressing mobility issues, poor core strength, and restricted movement often experienced during menopause. By improving physical fitness, Body WORX aims to positively impact mental well-being as well.
Introduction to Pilates programmes and workshops are also available at House of Equilibrium. These programmes cater to absolute beginners, providing a small class size of up to 10 students to ensure personalised attention. Participants will learn the fundamental principles of Pilates, enhancing body awareness and strength.
