There are two spots you can check out: the Featherston Street Studio in Wellington and the Lower Hutt Studio. The Featherston Street Studio, located at Level 2, 139 Featherston St, heats up to a toasty 34°C for the signature Hot Yoga class. Great for a full-body workout, preventing injuries, and detoxing. It’s perfect for anyone wanting to get strong and flexible while connecting mind and body.

If you’re into something more mellow, the Yin Yoga class over in Lower Hutt might be your jam. Focuses on stretching connective tissues and improving mobility and strength. The postures are held for a bit longer – around three minutes – so it suits everyone from beginners to athletes.

There’s also the Hot Sampler class at the Lower Hutt Studio. It’s a cosy 30°C and offers a mix of different yoga styles. Perfect for those of you curious to try something new.
