Hot Yoga Essex has a variety of classes to suit different preferences. Whether you're into the discipline of Bikram, the intensity of Inferno HIIT Pilates, or the flow of Vinyasa, Matt has ensured there's something for you. The studio prides itself on fostering a welcoming environment for all.
If you’re new to Hot Yoga, Matt's got a great introductory offer for you. For £45, new members can enjoy 20 days of unlimited classes. It’s an excellent way to start your hot yoga journey.
