Welcome to Hot Yoga Essex, based in Loughton. Since 2012, Hot Yoga Essex has been offering a friendly space for everyone to practise yoga. Founded by an enthusiastic organiser, Matt, who is passionate about bringing the community together through yoga.

Hot Yoga Essex has a variety of classes to suit different preferences. Whether you're into the discipline of Bikram, the intensity of Inferno HIIT Pilates, or the flow of Vinyasa, Matt has ensured there's something for you. The studio prides itself on fostering a welcoming environment for all.
