Hot Yoga Athlone is a welcoming and inclusive hot yoga studio located in the heart of Athlone. Owned and operated by experienced hot yoga teacher Tricia Fleming, the studio is purpose-built and dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for students of all levels.
Tricia Fleming's journey as a hot yoga teacher began in 2002, and she has been sharing the benefits of hot yoga with students in Ireland, Thailand, and South Africa since 2003. Hot yoga is known for its healing properties and ability to reduce the risk of injury and illness by working the body from the inside out.
The studio offers a range of classes, including Base-90 and Base-60 suitable for everyone, regardless of age, ability, or fitness level, as well as classes for more experienced practitioners. Tricia and her team of certified teachers are dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of practise in every class, providing constant instruction, correction, and care for each student.
In addition to regular classes, Hot Yoga Athlone also offers corporate classes and hosts special events such as retreats, workshops, and wellness events. The studio is conveniently located in Monksland Retail Park, making it easily accessible to residents of Athlone and the surrounding areas.
