Our studio features a spacious and fully-equipped hot room where Bikram Yoga is practised. Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a room heated to approximately 40C. This practise helps increase energy, relieve stress, and aid in the healing of injuries. For those looking for a shorter practise, we offer Bikram Express, a 60-minute version of the original Bikram Yoga method.
In addition to hot yoga, we also offer Sculpt Yoga, a Vinyasa flow class practised with weights. This class is designed to tone and sculpt the entire body while increasing strength and flexibility. For a low-impact workout that still provides a challenge, we recommend Hot Pilates. Combining Pilates principles with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), Hot Pilates will help you sculpt and tone your body while improving your cardiovascular system.
To balance out the intensity of our other classes, we offer Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga focuses on lengthening the muscles and exercising the fascia tissue of the body. This practise has a strong emphasis on breath and allows for deep release in areas of the body that hold tension. For those looking for a calorie-burning workout, we offer HOT H.
I. T (High-Intensity Interval Training). This class combines effective interval training methods with a touch of heat, providing an energetic and efficient workout. Additionally, we offer Arms, Abs, and Arse, a weight-training class that focuses on toning and strengthening the arms, abs, and glutes.
