This dynamic, full-body workout combines yoga, strength training, and cardio to create a challenging and effective class. In a room heated to 35 degrees, you will move through a series of flowing sequences that target all major muscle groups. The added heat will help to increase circulation, promote detoxification, and improve your flexibility.

Each class is designed to build strength, endurance, and balance while also incorporating mindfulness and breath work.
