As a visitor, you'll have the option of hiring a mat and towel, ensuring that you have everything you need for your practise.

While we don't currently have shower facilities, our team has invested significant care and attention into developing our studio and timetable, creating a wonderful space for hot yoga in the Jesmond area. We appreciate any feedback and welcome reviews from our customers, as it helps us grow and improve.
