We offer a therapeutic hot yoga practise that is accessible to everybody, regardless of age, fitness level, or previous yoga experience. Our studio has a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels like they belong and can be their best self. Our goal is to create a supportive community where individuals can engage with this practise in their own time and at their own pace.
At Hot For Yoga, we offer a range of class times throughout the week to fit in with your schedule. We recommend practising at least 3 times per week to receive the maximum physical and mental benefits a regular and consistent Bikram yoga practise provides. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, our experienced instructors are here to guide and support you in your journey. In addition to our regular classes, we also offer private individual and group classes suitable for all levels.
