With over 30 years of experience in Equine Behavioural Science, Alex and the team are dedicated to helping participants discover the rewarding relationships that can be built when we learn to listen to and communicate with horses. They offer workshops and courses on Equine Behaviour, opening the door to a better understanding of horse behaviour and communication.
For those interested in mindfulness and personal growth, Horse Play Adventures also provides equine-assisted mindfulness sessions. Horses, known for being honest reflections of ourselves, offer a special opportunity for personal development.
Participants can enjoy a variety of activities such as hiking adventures in the Scottish Highlands.
