Honiton Netball Club

Welcome to Honiton Netball Club, a sports club dedicated to promoting and spreading the love of netball in Honiton, New Zealand. Since our establishment in 2011, our main goal has been to make netball accessible to everyone in the community.

At Honiton Netball Club, we offer a wide range of sessions tailored to different age groups and abilities. Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience, our sessions are designed to cater to all levels of skill and knowledge. Our qualified and experienced coaches ensure that players receive the necessary guidance and training to improve their netball skills and achieve their personal goals.

We take pride in our regular participation in local leagues, with a total of 13 teams representing our club across various age groups. Our players have the opportunity to compete against other clubs, further developing their skills and experiencing the thrill of competitive netball. We understand the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship, and our players are encouraged to embody these values both on and off the court.

Honiton Netball Club is also known for its dedicated volunteering programme. Over the years, we have supported numerous members in completing coaching and umpiring qualifications through volunteering opportunities. We also extend our support to those participating in the Duke of Edinburgh programme, providing club funding for qualifications. Our aim is to encourage involvement in the sport and help our members grow both personally and professionally.

In addition to training and competition, we believe in creating a fun and inclusive environment for our members. We regularly organise club trips and social events to foster a sense of camaraderie and friendship among our players. We believe that netball is not only about the physical aspects of the game but also about building connexions and enjoying the experience as a community.
