Whether you're looking to pamper yourself or address specific ailments, my therapy room provides a tranquil and relaxing environment for your session.

At Holisun, I believe in the power of yoga to transform both the body and mind. As a fully qualified teacher of Hatha Yoga, I received extensive training to level 4 with the British Wheel of Yoga, the most respected yoga organisation in the UK. Since 2018, I have been teaching Hatha Yoga locally and online, continually deepening my love and understanding of the practise.

My personal journey with yoga began in 1998, after experiencing severe back pain following the birth of my son. Through the practise of yoga and Pilates, I discovered the natural ability of my body to heal itself. I have studied various styles of yoga, including Iyengar, Yin, Tree, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga, attending classes and retreats to deepen my knowledge and proficiency.

At Holisun, I strive to make yoga accessible to all. I offer inclusive and diverse classes, welcoming students of all ages and backgrounds. Additionally, I have accessible classes specifically tailored to older students and cancer survivors. My dedication to inclusivity extends to providing a safe and inclusive space for all.

Your safety and wellbeing are of utmost importance to me. In light of the current regulations, I am unable to share equipment, so please ensure you bring your own for each session. To ensure your safety during practise, I require all attendees to complete a short health questionnaire, detailing any medical conditions I should be aware of. This is a requirement set out by the British Wheel of Yoga, and your information will be kept confidential.
