Are you the owner of Holistic Yoga?

Bill, the organiser of Holistic Yoga in London, wants to reach out to the sports community. He’s dedicated to making yoga classes inclusive and accessible for everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, or background. Bill believes that if you can breathe, you can do yoga.
Holistic Yoga’s classes are friendly and relaxed, designed to help manage mild to moderate aches, pains, stress, and anxiety. They use gentle yoga practices, mindfulness, and somatic movement to achieve this. Bill’s extensive experience includes working with people who might think they can’t “do” yoga, showing them that yoga really is for everyone.
The studio has gained recognition, being featured on ITV's Tonight Programme and BBC Online. Bill has trained with organisations like Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs, The Minded Institute, and Anatomy in Motion, ensuring his approach is well-rounded and knowledgeable.
There are various classes and courses available at Holistic Yoga. Group classes are held on Zoom, with the exception of the Holistic Somatics class, which is in-person on Mondays at 1:30 pm. He also offers private 1-2-1 classes, both in-person and online, for a personalised experience.
In addition to the regular sessions, there are courses and retreats on offer. Bill has introduced an online course called “Yoga for Winter Well-Being” starting on 21st December 2022. There’s also an upcoming Yoga and Sound Retreat in 2023 with sound healer Alistair Smith.
Holistic Yoga aims to support individuals with a variety of concerns and conditions, from physical aches to mental balance. The classes are designed to be safe and suitable for adults of any age, fitness level, and movement experience.
Students of Holistic Yoga appreciate the welcoming and supportive environment. Beginners feel at ease while improving flexibility and calming their minds. The classes introduce new and inspiring techniques, catering to specific needs and difficulties.
