With over 100 members, the majority of whom are High Legh residents and long-serving members, the club also attracts bowlers from nearby areas such as Appleton, Grappenhall, Knutsford, Lymm, Stockton Heath, and Warrington.
The club's facilities include a clubhouse with a clubroom, catering facilities, and toilets, which are located right next to the green. They are affiliated with both the Cheshire County Crown Green Bowling Association and the Greater Manchester Crown Green Bowling Association. As a result, the club fields nine teams across various leagues, including ladies', men's, and mixed teams in the Knutsford, Norley, and Trafford Leagues.
