Tucked in behind the Ocean Grove sand dunes, High Tide is a space for coast lovers to come together and move, be inspired, share common ground, to laugh and learn.
In a down-to-earth, warm and welcoming way, we offer the broadest range of yoga and movement experiences in the Grove.
There are opportunities for surfers, parents, young people, athletes, experienced yogis, tradespeople, soul seekers and music lovers. This is a place for our community to move and be moved.
18 classes per week including Flow, Surfers, Restorative, Yoga for Men, Pre and Postnatal and Sunday Soul.
