30am to 6pm on Saturdays, and 8. 30am to 4pm on Sundays. Outside these hours, individuals can leave a message for return contact.

Off-Peak times are limited to weekends from 12:00pm to 6:00pm, while all other times are considered Peak.

Herschel Sports Centre is part of Absolutely Fitness, a group of gym and fitness centres based in Berkshire, which includes Slough, Bracknell, and Langley.
