Terry's excited about how Hero Yoga Waterloo pairs the Hero's Journey story with the awesome benefits of Hot Yoga. They offer a bunch of fun and accessible classes that you’ll want to keep coming back to.
Hero Yoga Waterloo's all about helping members grow both mentally and physically. They mix in elements of the Hero's Journey to make the classes unique and enriching. Their motto, “Engage. Achieve. Enjoy.”, really captures what they're all about. It's a reminder to find joy on and off the mat.
