Hens & Wedding Day Yoga is a yoga instructor based in Warradale, Australia. With a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from Awakened Life School of Yoga, she also holds a degree in Health Sciences/Nutrition, allowing her to bring a holistic approach to her teaching.
Throughout her career, she has worked in various settings such as hot yoga studios, beaches, schools, sporting clubs, and fundraising events, gaining valuable experience and refining her teaching style. Her preference and style as a yoga teacher is to provide a calming, mindful, and self-loving practise, which she believes is perfect for hens parties and wedding days.
