Helford River Sailing Club, located on the south bank of the Helford River in Helston, is a friendly and relaxed sports club that caters to individuals and families who love all aspects of the water. Founded in 1948, the club offers a wide range of activities, from sailing and paddleboarding to kayaking and wild swimming.
The club prides itself on providing some of the best sailing waters in England, with excellent shore facilities and pontoons. Upon arrival, members and visitors will be greeted with a warm welcome from Club Steward Ollie and the friendly team. The clubhouse offers a varied menu from The Cornish Food Hub, ensuring that everyone's tastes are catered to. The bar is well-stocked with a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
For those in need of refreshing after a day of sailing, there are laundry facilities with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as showers.

The sailing calendar at Helford River Sailing Club is filled with key dates for both adults and juniors.
