Starting on Monday 2 May 2022, Helen Yoga & Meditation is hosting a 9 Week Fundamentals Course. This course is designed to teach a sequence of static postures and dynamic exercises over the 9-week period. With an emphasis on breathing, meditative aspects, flowing movements, internal muscular control, and energy flow in the body, this course offers a comprehensive learning experience. Each pose has options for simplicity or complexity, as well as variations for those with injuries or medical conditions. Regular class attendance is encouraged to ensure sequential and progressive learning.
To participate in this event, class passes can be purchased in different options. The Foundations 9 weeks 9 Class Flexi Pass is priced at $198, offering flexibility and value. If you prefer to start with a trial, an Intro Class pass, consisting of 3 passes, is available for $55. For those wanting to drop-in occasionally, there is a Drop In Class option for $25. If you are interested in attending multiple classes per week, discounts are available for booking multiple classes.
