Founded by personal trainer and fitness coach Debbie, Healthily Toned offers a variety of classes suitable for all body types and abilities. Debbie herself lost 15 kg/2. 5 stone after turning 50, which inspired her to help others achieve their fitness goals through a combination of nutritious eating and exercise.
One of the featured classes at Healthily Toned is the Kettlebells class. This class is known as the single most effective kettlebell fat-burning workout, designed to shape and sculpt the body for quick fat loss and a lean, toned physique. The class is fun, quick, and highly effective. It is open to anyone who owns a kettlebell and has basic knowledge of how to use it.

Another popular class at Healthily Toned is the Dumbbell Strength class.
