Heal My Heart Yoga Retreat Centre, located in Diss, New Zealand, offers a transformative space for individuals seeking to heal and empower themselves through yoga, meditation, Kundalini Reiki healing, and empowerment coaching. The founder, a certified meditation and yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance 200 training hours, has received training from renowned teachers Swami Atma Gyanam and Jackie Heffer-Cooke. With a passion for holistic healing, she offers Hatha Yoga classes and personalised one-to-one sessions from her serene yoga studio in Bressingham, Norfolk. For those unable to attend in person, sessions are also available via Zoom.

At Heal My Heart, the power of yoga and meditation is harnessed to strengthen both the body and mind. Through gentle asanas, breathing techniques, deep meditations, and yoga nidra, individuals can find relief and healing from a variety of challenges including stress, anxiety, mental health issues, trauma, PTSD, pain, and autoimmune diseases such as IBS, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and ME.

The path to happiness and self-empowerment is not always easy. The founder shares her personal journey of 17 years, which includes a significant mental breakdown in 2005. After working in the cutthroat world of Financial public relations in the City of London, she finally found her true calling and alignment. She acknowledges that personal growth requires hard work, soul-searching, and a commitment to oneself.

Healing involves letting go, confronting shadows, and continuously retraining and investing in oneself.
