Founded by Beverly McCulloch, a passionate and certified Yoga Teacher, Therapist, Yoga Health Coach, and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, Healing Heart Yoga and Ayurveda aims to provide you with the ancient wisdom and practises of Yoga and Ayurveda for a life of health and wellness.
