Catherine kicks off each session with a brief relaxation period to clear your mind, followed by warm-up exercises to prep your body. The main phase is packed with various poses focusing on strength and flexibility, concluding with a 10-minute cooldown to leave you fully relaxed.
For those who can’t make it to the studio, the online classes keep the same structure. Catherine ensures the sessions remain beginner-friendly, focusing on poses that anyone can master, promoting a positive and comfortable experience for all participants.
Catherine’s yoga journey started young in South Africa and has since taken her to the British School of Yoga, where she earned her teaching credentials. With over 400 hours of instructing, she brings extensive experience and enthusiasm to every class.
