Jen is a Certified Yoga Instructor with a 200RYT designation, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her classes. Kim, a Registered Nurse and Fitness Instructor, also holds a 200RYT certification and a deep understanding of the body and mind connection. Together, they have developed a range of classes and workshops that cater to the needs of every individual, whether they are looking to improve flexibility, relieve stress, or simply find a moment of calm in their day.
