Holly, the heart behind "Happy Fitness with Holly," has set up a personal training service in Dronfield, UK, specially tailored for pre and post-natal women. She’s a seasoned fitness professional who knows firsthand the importance of staying fit and happy during and after pregnancy. As a mum to two boys, Holly has faced the ups and downs of pregnancy fitness herself.

These are designed to guide women safely through pregnancy and get them back to exercising from as early as six weeks post-birth.
