She’s a seasoned fitness professional who knows firsthand the importance of staying fit and happy during and after pregnancy. As a mum to two boys, Holly has faced the ups and downs of pregnancy fitness herself.

Having dealt with a weak pelvic floor and abdominal separation herself, she made it her mission to support others in similar situations.

These are designed to guide women safely through pregnancy and get them back to exercising from as early as six weeks post-birth.
