Michelle Jones discovered yoga in her early twenties while living in Toronto. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Anjeli Yoga and continued her education with a 50-hour Restorative Yoga training at Octopus Garden Yoga Centre. Michelle's classes are centred around gentle movement, breath awareness, and meditation. She aims to create a space where students can relax, release tension, and find a sense of peace within themselves.
