Hamilton Road Runners, led by passionate organiser Tom, is the go-to athletics club in Hamilton, New Zealand. Every Thursday at 5:30pm, you’ll find them at the Hamilton Yacht Club for Club Night. It’s a fantastic social evening where you can run or walk at your own pace, and then relax in the lounge with refreshments.
On Saturdays at 8:00am, join them for a parkrun at Hamilton Lake or the University of Waikato. It's a great way to kick off the weekend with like-minded folks.
Sundays at 9:00am are for café meetups, where the group embarks on runs exploring Hamilton’s scenic paths. Perfect for discovering new spots in the city and enjoying beautiful landscapes.
Tom keeps everyone in the loop with an updated events calendar and regular Facebook posts. They’re not linked to New Zealand Athletics, but they’re a vibrant, inclusive community for running enthusiasts.
