In terms of fees, Hamilton Dance Academy offers a free trial session for children before enrolling in a class. However, this trial class will not be included in the invoice. Classes are invoiced termly, and full payment must be made before the start of the term. Payments can be made either directly with the principal via card or online using the details provided on the invoice.
It is important to note that fees are non-refundable, and if a class is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the academy's control, no refunds will be given. However, a replacement class will be offered at the earliest opportunity. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Hamilton Dance Academy may also offer online classes via Zoom.
To ensure the safety of students, the academy has outlined several significant policies.
