The club is driven by Michael and a committed group of coaches and welfare officers, namely Ken Williamson, Stephen Bowman, and Shaun Johnstone. They strive to provide a safe and supportive environment for all members, collaborating closely with the County Council and other stakeholders to ensure the future of junior football in the area.

Haltwhistle Jubilee boasts eight junior teams competing in the Tynedale Mini Soccer League and the Northumberland Football League. The club focuses on nurturing its junior players, helping them to grow and excel in their football journey.

Beyond the junior teams, the club also has a first team in the Premier League of the Northern Alliance. There are plans to establish a second adult team to act as a development side, aiming to maintain and build upon their current standing.

The recent redevelopment of the Burn Field demonstrates the club's commitment to enhancing facilities for its members, ensuring players have the best possible experience.
