Alisha and Jess are dedicated to creating a friendly and supportive environment. Gymophobics Southport is not like conventional gyms, often seen as intimidating. Here, every visit is by appointment, preventing overcrowding and allowing the staff to provide personalised attention to each member. The experienced instructors treat every member like a VIP, guiding them through their fitness journey and providing support all the way.
At Gymophobics Southport, members receive a personalised prescription of diet and exercise to help them achieve their goals. The centre employs a holistic approach to wellness, including a low sugar diet and a range of home exercise classes. The equipment is AIR driven, making workouts more efficient and effective.
Members who attend just two or three sessions per week can see transformative results in a matter of weeks. The supportive atmosphere at Gymophobics Southport encourages the formation of new friendships and fosters a sense of community among like-minded women.
