In our recreational programmes, children will progress from basic skills to more advanced activities. We focus on building confidence and promoting physical fitness while creating a fun and supportive atmosphere. Our coaches are experienced and passionate about helping each child reach their full potential.

For those looking for a more serious training experience, we offer a competitive gymnastics programme. Gymnasts in this programme will receive specialised training to develop their skills and compete at a higher level. We also offer women's artistic gymnastics, which combines strength, flexibility, and creativity. This programme challenges girls to push themselves and master intricate routines on the vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor.

At our gym, we believe that gymnastics is for everyone. That's why we offer programmes for children as young as 0–4 years old. Our Kindergym programme has been helping children develop their movement skills for over 40 years. We also have Pre-Gym for preschoolers and My First Gymnastics Class for 5-year-olds.

Our Intermediate and Senior programmes cater to older children, providing more advanced gymnastics movements and techniques.

In addition to our gymnastics programmes, we have a range of other offerings. Our Party Time option allows you to host your child's birthday party at our gym, where they can enjoy all of our amazing equipment. We also offer holiday programmes, where children can continue to develop their skills and have fun during school breaks.

Our timetable offers a variety of classes throughout the week to accommodate different age groups and skill levels. From Kindergym to competitive levels, there is a class for everyone. We also have important dates to mark in your calendar, such as the Christmas Pageant and our annual sleepover event.
