Our programs are suitable for individuals of all ages, from toddlers to adults. For our youngest participants, aged walking to 2.5 years old, we offer the Little EdGym program. This play-based, parent-assisted program focuses on improving gross motor skills, fine motor skills, and encouraging imagination through a range of activities such as climbing, jumping, rolling, swinging, and general movement. It's a fantastic opportunity for toddlers to expend their physical energy while exploring their curiosity.
For children aged 2.5 to 4 years old, our EdGym program is a perfect fit. This play-based program, also parent-assisted, is designed to further develop children's physical skills and prepare them for upcoming milestones such as kindergarten, school, or other sports. Our purpose-built gymnastics stadium provides children with the chance to engage in a variety of activities using age-appropriate equipment, fostering their physical development.
Once children reach the age of 4-5 and can follow instructions independently, our IntroGym class is the next step. Held once a week, this one-hour class focuses on building self-esteem, confidence, listening skills, and body awareness. Additionally, children will learn valuable skills such as class discipline and basic body shapes applicable to various sports. It's a fantastic class to introduce children to the world of gymnastics and cheerleading.
Older children aged 6-14 have the opportunity to participate in our GymSafe program. This ten-level program covers all apparatuses and aims to teach essential life skills such as confidence, self-esteem, discipline, body awareness, strength, and flexibility. Our non-competitive format ensures that each participant can progress at their own pace, making this program accessible to all. Children are placed into a level based on their age and experience and will be assessed at the end of each term. Most levels take approximately two terms to complete, but there is the option to move ahead if a child is progressing quickly. We also offer separate classes for girls and boys at certain levels, focusing on honing their skills on the Olympic format of vault, beam, bars, and floor.
