

Guided Fitness – Karate – Kickboxing – Self Defence – and more is a martial arts school and physical fitness program located in Montreal West. With a focus on discovery through movement and discipline, Guided Fitness offers a variety of classes for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
Unfortunately, the dojo and gym space are currently under repair due to flooding, but classes are set to return on October 1st.
