Bob Fermor, the organiser at Guan Yu Tai Chi & Kung Fu Academy in Letchworth Garden City, wants to share a bit about what's happening at the academy.

Bob's led the academy for years, offering martial arts training based on the ancient teachings of General Guan Yu. The academy's got classes in Tiger Claw Kung Fu and Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan for all ages and fitness levels.

Apart from regular classes, there's also specialised training in Bagua Chang (Eight Diagram Palm) and Weapons. Bagua Chang is all about circular, fluid movement, while Weapons training includes nunchaku, staff, and sword. 🥋

The academy's also home to the NAMA Lion Dance Troupe & Demo Team. If you're looking to add some energy and tradition to an event, their performances are perfect. 🦁🎉
