Gryphon West Gym Club, led by Alex, is the longest-running sports acrobatic club in Sherborne, UK. Alex has built a haven for gymnastics enthusiasts, offering classes for all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned gymnast, Alex’s experienced coaches will guide you to maximise your potential.

Gryphon West Gym Club isn’t just about training; it’s about competing. With opportunities to participate in local, regional, and national competitions in acrobatic gymnastics and tumbling, members get to showcase their skills on various stages.

Gymnastics at Gryphon West fosters strength, coordination, discipline, and perseverance. These sessions are a breeding ground for teamwork, sportsmanship, and dedication, especially for younger members.

Alex ensures all coaches at Gryphon West are top-tier professionals. The team includes three British Gymnastics level 3–4 coaches, seven level 2 coaches, three assistant coaches, and three qualified judges. Every coach is DBS approved and trained in First Aid, guaranteeing a safe and supportive environment.

With competitively priced sessions, Gryphon West Gym Club in Yeovil offers community sessions at £4.50 and full club sessions at £110 per term for 5.5 hours per week. Additionally, development classes are available for £33 per half-term.

Beyond regular training, Alex organises events, classes, fundraisers, and competitions open to members, families, friends, and the public. These events are a fantastic way to dive into the gymnastics community and support athletes.
