His son, Kieran, takes care of the company’s graphic designs, logos, and posters. Together, they ensure every client’s health and wellbeing by listening attentively and paying close attention to detail.
To provide tailored fitness programmes, Gro-Fit Training starts with a free 45-minute initial assessment, with no obligations.
