As a fully insured Level 3 Personal Trainer, Biomechanics Trainer, Powerlifting Coach, and Level 2 Callisthenics Coach, Teresa ensures high standards of training. Assisting Teresa is Lily, a Miniature Schnauzer, who often joins Zoom sessions and keeps the energy high.
