GRIPT South Yarra's operating hours are convenient for individuals with busy schedules. They are open from Monday to Thursday, with two time slots, 6 am to 12 pm and 5 pm to 8 pm. On Fridays, they open from 6 am to 12 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm. They are closed on Sundays.
The gym is located at 50 Wilson Street in South Yarra, with access available via the rear on Ellis Street.
