They offer a variety of classes to help you hit your targets. With small class sizes, the expert coaches at Grindhouse can give you the tailored attention you need. Expect sessions like Hardcore Fitness, Comp Classes, Open Gym, Bear Club (ages 6-12), and Teen Club.
