The safety of riders and participants is a top priority at Grenoside Equestrian Centre. All instructors are DBS checked, and the centre is fully insured and holds a 5-star licence. It's important to note that Grenoside Equestrian Centre has certain restrictions in place for the safety of its riders. Due to Health & Safety policy, riders must be at least 4 years old and weigh below 13 stone (82kgs). The centre apologises in advance for any inconvenience caused by these restrictions.

To ensure a smooth and convenient experience, Grenoside Equestrian Centre operates a strict minimum 24-hour cancellation policy. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the full riding session being charged. Additionally, all riders must complete a Rider Registration Form and declare any medical conditions before participating in any activities.
