Green Room Yoga

Green Room Yoga is a welcoming and non-judgemental yoga studio located in Vancouver, on the traditional and unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations. Our studio is known for its intimate class sizes, usually ranging from 8–10 students, allowing for a personalized and supportive experience for each individual.

Our team of experienced and dedicated teachers, including Meghan, Alix, Delia, and Jennifer, are passionate about guiding students on their yoga journey. With a focus on correct alignment and mindfulness, our teachers create a nurturing environment where students can explore and deepen their practice.

At Green Room Yoga, we provide a wide variety of props to support and enhance each student's practice. Our pre-registration structure allows students to progress safely and steadily, while our informal atmosphere encourages students and teachers to be themselves and bring their unique style and personality to the practice.
