Welcome to Grangeside Fitness, a lovely and uncomplicated gym located in Ipswich. The gym is currently undergoing renovations to update its decor and bring in new equipment. With new branding colours, new flooring, and a new music system, Grangeside Fitness is committed to providing a fresh and vibrant atmosphere for its members. The gym is also adding new amenities such as a free weights rack, a pec deck machine, a stepper machine, and a new turbo bike.
Grangeside Fitness offers convenient opening hours, making it accessible for members to work out at their preferred time. From Monday to Friday, the gym is open from 6. 00am to 10. 00pm, on Saturdays from 7.
00am to 7. 00pm, and on Sundays from 10. 00am to 4. 00pm.
Located behind the Vets at Unit 5 The Grange Business Centre in Grange Farm, Kesgrave, Grangeside Fitness enjoys a great location. The gym boasts a range of high-quality equipment, including cardio equipment from Life Fitness and Concept 2 and strength/resistance machines from Technogym. In addition to the state-of-the-art equipment, Grangeside Fitness also offers a free weights area and TRX equipment.
Since its establishment in 2015, Grangeside Fitness has been committed to being the “gym for everyone” in the Grange Farm and wider community. With a 5-star rating on Facebook, a 4. 6-star rating on UK Gyms, and a 4-star rating on Google, the gym has gained a reputation for its excellent services.
Grangeside Fitness offers a variety of membership options to cater to the needs of individuals. Please note that the minimum age to become a member is 18 and that every new member needs to undergo an induction with a staff member before using the gym. The membership options include day pass, weekly membership, rolling month membership, annual membership, OAP monthly membership, OAP annual membership, and blue light monthly membership.
